Takeoff Concierge Service Pricing

You can use the concierge service à la carte or pre-purchase a bundle of tokens to receive an additional discount.*
  • Pricing factors will be evaluated and adjusted quarterly based on team performance.
  • Raster drawing sets or sets with a black background incur a 2x multiplier. Branch routing requires power device detection as a prerequisite.

  • Power device detection and lighting fixture detection have a minimum fee of $22.20. Branch routing has a minimum fee of $44.40.

To use services, log in to Drawer AI Takeoff, create a project, upload your PDFs, and select the Concierge Request button. Then, enter your scope and schedule requirements into the form. It’s easy!
